Tracy Allen Neiman, of Quincy, Kansas, died on May 23, 2006, in rural Woodson County from injuries sustained in an oilfield accident. He was 68.

He was born on September 1, 1937, in Quincy, the son of Howard Henry and Mary Margaret (Williamson) Neiman. After his schooling he joined the United States Air Force serving his country with honor and dignity. Later he owned and operated various body shops around Emporia, Kansas. He was a business owner and later started working in the oil fields.

On January 27, 1956, he was united in marriage Pearl Collins. They made their home in Emporia and later moved to Quincy.

He is survived by his wife Pearl, sons, Tracy Neiman Jr. of McPherson, Kansas, and Mark Neiman of Quincy, Kansas; daughters, Bonnie Fowler of Emporia, Kansas, Heather Thomas of Quincy, Kansas and Amber Hanson of Eureka, Kansas; twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother, Stanley Neiman of Houston, Texas and sister Mary Ann Neiman of El Dorado, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, May 26, 2006, at Quincy Cemetery with Reverend Bob Robinson of the First United Methodist Church of Madison, Kansas officiating. Cremation has been effected.
