Tiffany Marie Gulick, 36, of Eureka, died on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at her home near Eureka surrounded by her family.
She was born on June 23, 1983, in Eureka, the daughter of Ron and Angie (Cornett) Gulick. She was raised in Eureka and attended local schools graduating from Eureka High School with the Class of 2001. After graduation, she attended Kansas State University and Wichita State University. She also attended Butler Community College, where she earned her Associates in General Education.
She worked as an administrative assistant at Gulick Drilling, in Eureka and co-owned The Velvet Knot, a women’s clothing boutique, with her sister Ronica.
She will be remembered for her deep love of her children and for her special relationships with her many family and friends. She was known for going the extra mile to help others and serving all the youth in the Eureka area. She had a love for shopping, but had a bigger love for giving to others. Tiffany was instrumental in starting the “Blessing Basket” project at Reece Christian Church, where members came together to provide blessings for those going through difficult times. She was an exceptional planner, and always made sure that every detail was perfect.
She was a member of the Reece Christian Church, and was a past President of the Marshall Elementary PTA, in Eureka.
She is survived by her children, Anthony Gulick and Adeline Helten, both of the home; parents, Ron and Angie Gulick of Eureka; one sister, Ronica Gulick and fiancé, Allen Bumgardner of Eureka; two nephews, Landon and Bryxton; maternal grandmother, Karon Cornett and paternal grandmother Shirley Gulick, both of Eureka; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Kent Cornett; and paternal grandfather, Loren Gulick; and one aunt, Vicky Meadows.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 1, 2019, at the Christian & Congregational Church in Eureka with Pastor Kevin Lawrence and Mr. Ted Larcom officiating. Cremation has been effected. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Tiffany Gulick Children’s Fund, benefitting Anthony and Adeline’s future.
