Nina Christine Denner, of Eureka, Kansas, died at Medicalodge of Eureka, on Tuesday, October 29, 2002, at the age of 90.

She was born in Eureka on April 20, 1912, the daughter of Clement and Julia (Williamson) Cook. She was raised in Eureka and attended Eureka schools.

On October 27, 1936, she was united in marriage to Otto Albert Denner in Yates Center, Kansas. They made their home in Eureka.

Nina was a homemaker and a member of the Christian & Congregational Church, and participated in the church's women's groups.

She is survived by four sons, Donny O. Denner of Hutchinson, Kansas; Terry R. Denner of Fort Lupton, Colorado; Delbert G. Denner of Plattville, Colorado; and Roger C. Denner of Eureka; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; and one sister, Mildred Maloney of Eureka. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, November 1, 2002, at the Christian & Congregational Church, with Reverend Bill Coburn officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in Nina's name to the Christian & Congregational Church. Contributions may be sebt in care of Koup Family Funeral Home, P. O. Box 595, Eureka, Kansas 67045, which was in charge of service arrangements.
