Mary Lynn Gould of Eureka, died on Saturday March 1, 2014 at Galichia Heart Hospital in Wichita, at the age of 66.
She was born on June 29, 1947, in Wichita, Kansas. She was the adopted daughter of Dale Lilley and Irma Louise (Vaughn) Gould. She was raised on the family farm in Piedmont, graduating from Severy High School. After her schooling, she worked at Western Union, and a sewing factory, Braum’s in El Dorado, and The Retreat in El Dorado. She lived in Parsons and Winfield before retiring and returning to Eureka.
She was a member of the Christian & Congregational Church of Eureka.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Piedmont Cemetery, with Reverend Rhonda Almond of the Christian & Congregational Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Kansas Humane Society. Contributions may be sent in care of Koup Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 595, Eureka, KS 67045, which was in charge of service arrangements.
