Marsha Mae Williams of Eureka, died on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Greenwood County Hospital, in Eureka, at the age of 70.
She was born on July 9, 1952, in Winfield, the daughter of Harold Duane and Sue Fern (Barbour) Bryant. She was raised in Wichita, Arkansas, Greenwood County, and Ensign, graduating from Ensign High School. On July 17, 1969, Marsha was united in marriage to Edward Robert Williams in Wichita. To this union, two children were born. They made their home in Eureka. Marsha had worked as a C.N.A. and as an elder caregiver.
She enjoyed bowling and participating in several different leagues. She loved to crochet and will be remembered for all the candies she made for all her family. She was a past attendant of the Church of Christ of Eureka.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie of the home; daughters, Susan and husband, Mark Potter of Harveyville; and Trisha and husband, Bill Markus of Rose Hill; two grandchildren: William Markus of Rose Hill; and Monika Markus of Emporia; and two siblings: Karen Nielsen of Lebo; and Jimmy Bryant of Wichita. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Vern Bryant.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, November 28, 2022, at Greenwood Cemetery, Eureka, with Pastor John Craighead of the Jefferson Street Baptist Church officiating. Cremation has been effected.
