He was born July 11, 1903 in Eureka, Kansas, to James Willard and Lula (Robinson) Hinshaw.
He was united in marriage to Martha Meredith Shepard on December 31, 1927, in Hamilton, Kansas.
Waldo was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Eureka and was aShriner.
He is survived by a son, Dr. Mark Hinshaw of Grand Rapids, Michigan; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Graveside Services were held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, August 31, 2004, Janesville Cemetery, Hamilton, Kansas.
