Faith Autumn Scarbrough, infant daughter of Tony and Lacy Scarbrough of Eureka, died Thursday, October 24, 2002, at her home.
She was born September 20, 2002, in El Dorado.
She is survived by her parents; grandparents, Shirley Scarbrough and Robert and Linda Herman, all of Eureka; and great-grandmother, Vivian Herman of Kearns, Utah.
Memorial services were held Sunday, October 27 at Koup Family Funeral Home with Pastor Alan Hunter of the Jefferson Street Baptist Church officiating.
