Dianna Lynn Castle
Dianna Lynn (Short) Sherman Castle of Hamilton, died on August 29, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 54.
She was born on February 7, 1959 in Eureka, Kansas the daughter of Melvin “Pat” and Lola (Crabtree) Sherman. After Dianna’s schooling she worked various jobs including the Hamilton House Restaurant, Daylight Donuts, the City of Hamilton, as a secretary for Zimmerman Welding and the United States Post Office. She was working for Schlotterbeck Machine Shop at the time of her death.
In June 1975 she was united in marriage to Scott L. Castle in Hamilton, Kansas. This marriage later ended in divorce.
She was a member of the First United Methodist in Hamilton.
She is survived by her daughter Betsy Penfield of Waipahu, Hawaii; brother Melvin Sherman of Hamilton and her long time companion Allen Wyckoff of Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Koup Family Funeral Home with interment following at Janesville Cemetery, Hamilton.
