Derald Leroy Hudson of Eureka, died Sunday, August 30, 2021, at his residence at the age of 78.
He was born September 6, 1942, in Eureka, the son of Oscar Earl and Evelyn Loretta (Walford) Hudson. He attended local schools. Following his schooling he went to work for Betts Bakery in Hutchinson making bread. He then went to work at a window manufacturing company in Newton before transferring to its sister company in Oregon. Derald eventually returned to Eureka when he retired.
He is survived by his mother, Evelyn; and his brother, Larry Dean and wife, Cynthia Hudson of Hutchinson. He was preceded in death by his father.
