Daveta Loubell Lauderdale

Daveta Loubell “Davy” Lauderdale, of Shakopee, Minnesota, formerly of Eureka, died on August 4, 2008 at Friendship Manor Nursing Home in Shakopee, at the age of 87.
She was born on July 26, 1921, in Forgan, Oklahoma, the daughter of Arch and Nell Barrow.
She is survived by one son, Jim Lauderdale of Chanhassen, Minnesota; one daughter, Sharon Vay Lauderdale-Christiansen of Blue Springs, Missouri; four grandchildren; and one brother, Triz of California.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 9, 2008 at Koup Family Funeral Home, with Mr. Jayme A. Koup of Eureka officiating. Interment proceeded in Greenwood Cemetery.
A memorial has been established in her name to the Friendship Manor Nursing Home Station B. Contributions may be sent in care of Koup Family Funeral Home at P.O. Box 595, Eureka, KS 67045, which was in charge of service arrangements.
