Billy Gene Brown 56, of Gillette, Wyoming, died Sunday, August 3, 2003.
He was born March 8, 1947, in Eureka, Kansas, to Willis and Mary Martha (Stuber) Brown. He was raised in the Eureka area, graduating with the Eureka High School class of 1965. Billy was united in marriage to Peggy Carroll on May 11, 1972. The family moved to Gillette, Wyoming in 1977 where they made their home.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy; daughters Carrie Felton, Delinda Conrad, and Kelly Calvert, all of Gillette; 7 grandchildren; his parents; one brother, Bob Brown of Eureka; and one sister, Betty Kieffer of Wichita, Kansas.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, August 8, 2003, a tKoup Family Funeral Home in Eureka. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
A memorial has been established to the Christian & Congregational Church in Eureka.
