Charlene Wallace

Audra Charlene Wallace, 82, passed away December 31, 2010 in Chandler, Arizona.
Charlene was born on the family farm in Grenola, Kansas to Henry and Ozora Liebau. She lived and worked for many years in Eureka, Kansas where she raised her family. She worked as a bookkeeper for T.G.’s Oil Enterprises and was active in the Sweet Adelines and an avid bicycler.
She moved to Phoenix, Arizona in the 1980’s where she worked in accounting for Hacienda de Los Angeles and continued her love of bicycling and enjoyed hiking the Grand Canyon.
She was preceded in death by her son Brad Alan Wallace and former husband Robert Wallace.
She will be missed by her daughters Marsha Wallace (Alan Smith) and granddaughter Alexandra; and Elaine Wallace (Rick Howe) and granddaughters Lia and Ali as well as many friends and family members.
Services will be held February 5, 2011 at the Koup Family Funeral Home in Eureka, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the Alzheimer’s Association.
