Anna May Jardot of Hamilton, died on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at the Eureka Nursing Center, in Eureka, at the age of 79.

She was born on June 8, 1933, in Attica, Kansas, the daughter of Marion “Luther” and Bessie (Pittman) Crabtree. She was raised in the Madison\Hamilton area graduating from Hamilton High School. On July 24, 1951, Ann was united in marriage to Ralph Jardot in Eureka. The family moved around living all over Kansas and Louisiana before finally settling in Hamilton.

She is survived by her daughter, Deb and husband, Allen Dannels of Hamilton; son, Ron Jardot of Hamilton; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Terresa; three brothers; and five sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, October 1, 2012, at Blakely Cemetery, in Madison with Pastor Mark Demas of the Hamilton United Methodist Church officiating. Visitation hours are from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Eureka Nursing Center Activity Fund. Contributions may be sent in care of Koup Family Funeral Home at P.O. Box 595, Eureka, KS 67045, which was in charge of service arrangements.
