Alice Marie Offield

Alice Marie Offield, of Madison, died at the Madison Manor on Tuesday, May 27, 2003, at the age of 89.
She was born in Gallatin, Missouri on August 21, 1913, the daughter of George and Hannah (Whitt) Wilson. Alice was raised in the Gallatin area and graduated from Gallatin High School in 1932.
On April 26, 1936 she was united in marriage to Moree Offield. They moved to Blue Springs, Missouri in 1947. They then made their home in Eureka in 1983. She was a homemaker most of her life. Moree preceded her in death in 1996.
She was a member of the Faith Christian Church in Blue Springs, Missouri.
She is survived by one daughter Joan Hemingway of Eureka, Kansas, two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one sister Nina Wright of Gallatin, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one grandchild, one great-grandchild, two brothers and one sister.
Cremation has been effected.
Inurnment will be in Gallatin, Missouri at a later date.
