Kevin Daniel Pinkerton of Piedmont, died on Friday, February 9, 2024, at his home in Piedmont, at the age of 65. He was born on April 8, 1958, in El Dorado, the son of Billie Daniel and Bonnie Louise (Williams) Pinkerton.
He was raised in El Dorado and graduated from local schools. He worked for the City of El Dorado Streets Department and also sometimes worked in the oilfields.
Kevin is survived by six siblings, Raymond Pinkerton of Andover; Gordon Pinkerton of Leon; Karla Messer of Columbus; Eric Pinkerton of Caney; Vicki Pinkerton of Springfield, Missouri; and Marla Letterman of El Dorado. He was preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Lois Ann Pinkerton; and two siblings, Brian Pinkerton and Leslie Tallman.
Family services will be held at a later date. Cremation has been effected. Koup Family Funeral Home is overseeing arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
